Implement `u_norm2` 0d output for ScalarEq projects

This variable can be interpret as energy for scalar conservation laws.

This PR also fixes

• IntegrationTests.jl to check if all reference data are complete before testing.
• Update ref tests to make them complete
• Thin out 2d ref test data to save storage
